I requested a first floor room. The reason for my stay was a doctor's appointment for my daughter who recently had surgery. They accomodated my request, check in was a breeze, the room was conveniently located near an exit door which made handling my daughter and our things so much easier, the room was clean and very spacious, and the price was great. I was honestly expecting much worse conditions for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and conveniently located. It was a great stay. We will absolutely be staying there again when we return for her next appointment.

We love the Morgantown, WV location the most! Close to everything you need, which is why we've stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so on our trip back home. Check in was quick and easy. We booked 3 rooms because we traveled as a family and all rooms were all large and nice. Price was great. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Looks like they're doing some renovations, which I can't wait to see next time we're there! Also, really close to one of the best restaurants I've ever been to....Las Mariachis!

Location is great with a Price Cutter and many other stores right behind you. Also several restaurants within walking distance. Nice price but wouldn't stay in the summer because there's no pool. :( The owner/manager upgraded our room because there weren't any available for what we booked due to construction.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. I did have to wait for my room because they were fixing something in it. That wasn't a problem because I just went across the road and got something to eat. My room was on the second floor, but they had an elevator.
